Due to the perishable nature of chocolate and food safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our chocolate items. All sales of chocolate products are final.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at love@kalories.fun if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Chocolate products are considered perishable goods and cannot be returned. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and safety of our products for all customers.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

While we typically honor the 14-day cooling-off period for EU customers, this right does not apply to perishable goods such as our chocolate products. As such, chocolate items remain non-returnable even when shipped to the EU.

Refunds

As our chocolate products are not eligible for return, we do not offer refunds unless there is a proven defect or damage upon delivery. In such cases, please contact us at love@kalories.fun within 24 hours of receiving your order.
